Skin Cancer is preventable
Around 90% of skin cancers are caused by UV exposure from the sun. Not only is the cause of skin cancer really clear, but the incidence rate is also high and increasing. UPF 50 Plus Clothing was born out of a need to provide a solution for those who love to embrace the outdoors.
Designed, tested and rated UPF50+ in Europe
Europe and Australia are the global leaders in sun protection and skin cancer prevention. Our entire range of fabrics has been independently tested and certified with the maximum UPF50+ sun protection rating by the BS EN 13758 - 1 and BS EN 13758-2. Also testing standards meet with Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA). An Australian UPF rating of 50+ indicates that a fabric blocks at least 98% of UVA and UVB rays.

Our products
UPF 50+ Clothing is a custom clothing manufacturer that can help you produce shirts, blouses, dresses, pants, skirts, shorts, tops, jackets, coats, t-shirts, cardigans, sun hat, arm sleeves, blanket, poncho, socks, hooded jacket, legging, joggers, tank, sports bras, outerwear, swimwear and sweatshirts.
Sampling
Our garment factory has over 40 workers dedicated to making fitting samples and pre-production samples. We want samples to be done as quickly as you. The quicker we get our samples done, the nicer products we can make each season. The sample room team can usually process samples in familiar fabrics within two weeks. If the sampling fabric is a bit hard to get, it may take a bit more time. Our merchandisers will always update you on when your samples are expected to be ready.
patterning and sampling
Our sample room staff is fully qualified to do patterning. If you prefer to submit your own patterns, this is of course no problem at all. The sample room has software to read most digital files.
Sampling and bulk production are a package deal. Sampling will start after we have an agreement with the buyer on all conditions such as price and delivery date for the bulk production. Once we are confident, we are starting a nice project together. We will make as many samples as it takes to get the product right.

We are a full-service clothing manufacturer. That means we will take care of everything including the material sourcing, patterning, sampling, and bulk production. Everything is done by us so you don’t need to worry about anything else.

The fashion industry unfortunately leaves a big carbon footprint. It will take quite some time & energy before the industry has made the transition to green. The solutions are in reducing waste (or zero waste) and innovation. UPF 50+ Clothing has the ultimate goal to be a “zero waste” clothing manufacturer. What’s more, we are in the constant pursuit of innovation in materials.

At UPF 50+ Clothing, we think it’s important to share all our resources for sustainability with our clients. Besides that, we also actively source any new sustainable material requested by our clients. If apparel manufacturers and apparel buyers work together, the industry can make quick progress when it comes to sustainable clothing production.
At the moment we have ongoing developments in sustainable materials such as wool, linen, lyocell, organic cotton, Eco Vero, modal, Tencel, Bamboo. We have the resources to supply our clients with sustainable materials as long as they are available in India.

When sending the tech pack let us know when you would like to have it shipped and how many pieces per colour you would like your quotation based on. Our sales department will get back to you with everything you need to know. Most quotations are handled in 2-3 days.
Do you have an MOQ?
We do work with MOQ’s, because we do mass production and buy newly made materials directly from the mill. It’s not possible to offer a good supply of materials and stable production quality without meeting the minimums. Minimums depend on the fabric, but on average we will need around 300 pieces per style per colour to start with.
